Education: As an affiliated practice with the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Department of Dermatology, we provide clinically focused educational experiences to dermatology and medicine residents. With cutting edge technologies, knowledge of the latest scientific advances in the field, and through dedicated mentorship, we strive to train the country's future dermatology physicians and leaders.
Research: Our goal is to conduct meaningful clinically oriented research in dermatology with special emphasis on occupational dermatology, skin allergy and laser medicine.
Leadership: Dr. Crawford serves in a variety of leadership roles both within the field of dermatology and in the community. He serves as the Chief of Dermatology at the Pennsylvania Hospital; he co-directs the contact dermatitis clinic at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania; he is on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society; and, he is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
